Day 2: Create a solution. Students will perform research, analyze real case studies of nonprofits, and use a variety of idea generation strategies to develop a creative and effective solution to their chosen problem.
Day 3: Set the timeline, goals, metrics, and budget. Students will collaborate to set ambitious but achievable goals for their organization using our templates for planning, measurement, and budgeting.
Day 4: Develop an organizing & fundraising strategy. Students will learn the principles of effective community organizing and fundraising as they create strategies for their own nonprofit.
